Jay Costa

Jay was born and raised in Charleston. He graduated from Winthrop College in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. His coursework emphasized marketing, advertising, and broadcasting.
A licensed real estate professional since 1989, Jay brings his clients in-depth knowledge of the local Charleston market. Backed by the prestige of Prudential Carolina Real Estate Company, he is able to provide his clients with an aggressive marketing program using the most advanced technology. A full time Real Estate Agent since 1991 and a Licensed Broker since 1993, Jay has been recognized for the last four years as among the Top 6% nationally of agents by Prudential. Respected by both clients and peers, Jay has received many prestigious awards.
Jay actively participates in the community through James Island Optimist Club (Vice President 2000 and President 2001), John Wesley United Methodist Church, coach of James Island youth soccer and baseball teams, Co-Coach of the Mason Prep School Jr. Boys Basketball Team.
Jay has been married to Mandy for 19 years and has two sons and a daughter. |

Mike Ciucci

Having grown up in Charleston, Mike knows the entire lowcountry, and all of its surrounding areas. He says this is one of the keys to finding the perfect home. A life-long resident of Charleston, Mike attended Bishop England High School in downtown Charleston, and then later graduated from Francis Marion University with a Bachelors Degree in 1996. Mike helped form a new fraternal order as the Pledge Class President and remained heavily involved with campus activities. Mike had an additional 2 years of schooling at Florida Atlantic University for computer programming and web design. His course work emphasized computer technology, communication, and internet marketing. Mike resides on James Island and has been married to his wife, Melora, for 5 years and has one son, Haden. Mike enjoys participating in the community through his Church and intramural sports. His background in computer technology and marketing makes him an excellent source for effective internet listing strategies.
